2. Getting to Know the Candidate & Creating a Profile
Together, we review your background and prepare a professional CV in English, a motivation letter, teacher recommendations, transcripts, and all other required documents. For athletes, we also focus on game footage, competition highlights, and an evaluation of opportunities to join university teams.
At this stage, we determine which language or entrance exams (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, SAT, GMAT…) you need to take, and we help you register for them. We also offer preparation support for certain tests.

3. Selecting Your Desired Education Path
Based on your academic and/or athletic profile, we select potential high schools, universities, and study programs — in the United States, Europe, or the United Arab Emirates.
We take into consideration:
the level of education (high school, undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral studies), the language of instruction (English, German, Spanish…), your budget, available scholarship opportunities, your interests and long-term goals.

4. Application Process & Communication with Institutions
Our team manages the entire application process — filling out forms, submitting documents, contacting educational institutions and coaches (for athletes), and monitoring the status of your applications.

5. Preparation for Departure
Once you receive an offer for admission and/or a scholarship, we move into the final stage of the process:
- applying for a student visa
- preparing your health documentation (immunization, medical checkups, general health requirements)
- assisting with accommodation arrangements
- preparing you for relocation and arrival in your new environment
During this phase, we answer all practical questions — how campus life works, how to open a bank account, which insurance to choose, the cost of living, transportation, and much more.
