Our Team

Miloš Todosijević is the founder of Level Up Scholarships and the person who turned this mission into both a personal and professional commitment. As a former basketball player and a current PhD candidate at the Faculty of Economics, Miloš understands both the sports court and the classroom — but above all, he understands the challenges, dilemmas, and dreams of young people who want to take a step toward success abroad.

He completed his high school and university education in the United States, attending the renowned Fryeburg Academy and Tampa Bay International Academy, and later studying economics at Campbellsville University and Lindenwood University. This experience allowed him to truly understand the American education system, sports culture, and the challenges that come with living far from home.

 From this firsthand experience — and after more than seven years of working with students — the idea to found Level Up was born in 2022: an agency built on knowledge, passion, and dedication, created to help others follow the same path with more confidence and support.

Over the years, Miloš has built a strong reputation as a reliable advisor and a trusted partner to families who entrust him with their children’s future. His approach is thorough, realistic, and always focused on the best interests of each candidate. He does not offer one-size-fits-all solutions but personalized strategies that combine academic and athletic talent, educational goals, and available scholarship opportunities.

Today, through daily cooperation with high schools, universities, and sports programs across the United States, Europe and UAE, Miloš works to provide every young student or athlete with the opportunity they deserve. His goal is not only for students to go abroad, but to succeed, thrive, and grow into well-rounded individuals.

Ivana Tomić joined the Level Up Scholarships team in 2025. With a degree in journalism and communications, she brings extensive professional experience from media, marketing agencies, and both internal and external corporate communications.

Throughout years of working in fast-paced and highly responsible environments, she developed strong strategic thinking skills, effective communication abilities, and a talent for creating content that inspires, informs, and motivates. Her standout quality is the ability to understand people’s needs, build trust, and always find the right tone — whether speaking to parents, students, partners, or collaborators.

What sets Ivana apart is her dedication, result-oriented mindset, and genuine desire to help others reach their full potential. Within the Level Up team, she contributes a valuable combination of professionalism, empathy, and reliability — values that form the foundation of our mission.

Milica Todosijević has been a part of the Level Up Scholarships team since 2024, actively supporting the agency in all areas — from organizing documentation and communicating with partners to providing daily support to students and parents. Her responsibility, precision, and genuine care for every candidate make her an essential member of the team.

What truly sets Milica apart is her personal experience of studying in the United States. She spent two years at Northwood Temple Academy, living with a host family and facing all the challenges and advantages of adapting to a new cultural environment.

Because of this, Milica understands firsthand what everyday life looks like for a student in the U.S.: the rules, customs, expectations, and the easiest ways to adjust to a new community. Her experience is especially valuable to families who are encountering the concept of host family accommodation for the first time.

In her communication with candidates, Milica brings warmth, understanding, and steady support — because she knows exactly what it feels like to be in their shoes.
